INFORMATION AND EXPLICIT CONSENT STATEMENT REGARDING THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), 2G İNŞAAT & ENERJİ LTD. ŞTİ. (“2G” or “the Company”), acting as the data controller, has provided me with the necessary information regarding the processing of my personal data.

In this context, I hereby consent to the processing of all my personal data acquired within the scope of the Company's activities, including but not limited to my identity information, contact information, personal and professional history, information regarding legal transactions and compliance processes, financial information, transaction security records, information regarding physical security, visual and audio recordings; I have been informed that my personal data may be processed primarily for the purposes of managing human resources processes, conducting job applications and evaluations, fulfilling the Company's legal and contractual obligations, implementing occupational health and safety practices, ensuring information security, ensuring the Company's operations are carried out in accordance with legislation, meeting the requests of authorized public institutions and organizations, and also, in line with the Company's field of activity, planning and executing construction and energy projects, managing field/construction site operations, supplier-subcontractor processes, accounting/financial processes, contract, tender, survey, payment and procurement processes, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness and fairness stipulated in Article 4 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), being accurate and up-to-date when necessary, being processed for specific, clear and legitimate purposes, being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed, and being retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed.

My personal data; I acknowledge that my personal data may be processed based on the legal grounds stipulated in the second paragraph of Article 5 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), namely, being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, enabling the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations, establishing, exercising or protecting a right, or being explicitly provided for in the laws; and, in cases where these conditions do not exist, based on my explicit consent.

I have been informed that my sensitive personal data, including health information, information regarding criminal convictions and security measures, and biometric data, may only be processed in cases stipulated in the relevant legislation, to the extent required by the purpose of processing, and with the necessary technical and administrative measures taken, based on my explicit consent.

My personal data; I acknowledge and understand that my personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, legally authorized private individuals, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, business partners, and support service providers (e.g., IT, software, cloud services, archiving, security, auditing, legal, financial consulting) for the purpose of fulfilling the Company's legal obligations, as well as to its direct or indirect domestic and foreign subsidiaries (if any), in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).

I have been informed that my personal data will be kept for the retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation and for the period required by the purpose of processing; and that, upon the expiration of these periods, it will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK; I have been informed that I have the right to: learn whether my personal data is being processed; request information regarding this processing if it is; learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or internationally; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its deletion or destruction if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom my personal data has been transferred; object to a result that is detrimental to me arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems; and request compensation for damages if I suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of my personal data.

Within the scope of this disclosure, I acknowledge and declare that the personal data I have shared is accurate and up-to-date, and that I will immediately notify the Company of any changes to this information.

I acknowledge, declare, and undertake that I have read and understood this Disclosure Statement and that I freely, with my explicit and informed consent, approve the processing, storage, and transfer of my personal data in accordance with the law, within the scope and purposes explained above.
